Official Rules for Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland's Lucky Duck Monthly
Contest
ELIGIBILITY: The Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland Lucky Duck Monthly
Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years
of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland and their
immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.
CONTEST PERIOD: The Lucky Duck Monthly Contest begins
on January 1, 2023, and ends on December 31, 2023. One winner will be
selected every month during the contest period.
HOW TO ENTER: Customers who bring their vehicle in for
service at Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland during the contest period will receive a service
survey email within 14 days of their service. Customers must complete the
survey to be entered into the contest. Limit one entry per customer per
month.
PRIZE: The prize for each monthly winner will be a full
platinum detail for their vehicle, with a retail value of $350. The prize
is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any costs associated
with claiming the prize, including taxes, are the responsibility of the
winner.
WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be selected at random
from all completed surveys received during the previous month. The winner
will be notified by email within five business days of the drawing. If a
winner does not respond within 14 days, they forfeit the prize and an
alternate winner will be selected.
PUBLICITY: By accepting the prize, the winner grants
Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland the right to use their name, photograph, and likeness for
advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation,
unless prohibited by law.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the contest,
entrants agree to release and hold harmless Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland, its affiliates,
and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any
and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising
from or in connection with the contest or the use of the prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland reserves the right to
modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason. Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland is
not responsible for any errors or technical malfunctions that may occur
during the contest. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and
local laws and regulations.
WINNERS LIST: To obtain a list of winners, send a
self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland Lucky Duck Monthly
Contest, 633 NE 12th Ave, Portland, OR 97232-2720. Requests must be
received by January 31, 2024.
